Well, last week, I headed for UM's Dental Faculty to meet the Dean over my complaint. It wasn't too bad except that she finds lame excuses as to why different doctors told me different things and couldn't explain the delay of the diagnosis. Amazingly she was annoyed with my second email stating I am too young to use such big words and rather disrespectful to someone like her. Well hello Professor!!! Who's the one who had no courtesy to even send me an acknowledgement email? My first email was polite but you had no courtesy so you got what you deserved. Being the better person, I still apologised but I must remind you that, you may be a professor in dentistry but you do not know everything. However, I do respect the fact that you took time to investigate my complaint and sit and have a talk with me although the outcome wasn't to my satisfaction but at least you tried. It will be unlikely I will be returning to the dental faculty for anything after this bad experience. Takes 3 months to diagnose and they don't tell you early and when they do, all they can say is "You have to live with it". One word; INCOMPETENT
Nothing much really happened the past few days except I am seeking treatment for my hearing loss and pain at SJMC and the service there is better. Work is stressful all the same but MouseHunt is going well. Can't wait for my vacation and BSM camp.
